Hong Kong & Jet Lag

Ok so a few days into the trip, and things are going well.
First night we are about 2 hours later than expected due to a Virgin Plane change problem in Heathrow, technical problems, that's no problem its warm and sticky out, we find our lodgings drop our packs and go to explore. It turns out we are staying on the O Connell St of Kowloon Island, Pubs, Restaurants, Drug dealers etc. We decide to be adventurous on our first night, Food: KFC; Drinks: Murphy's. Sigh!
Day 2 and we decide to head over to the main Hong Kong Island. Everything here is so efficient and well run, trains cheap, 90c, and always running. The day is very very misty covering some buildings, we spend about 3 hours walking around Hong Kong, there really is feck all to do there. We come back to Kowloon and we venture to the "Avenue of Stars" HKs equivalent to Hollywoods Boulevard, Jackie Chan Bruce Lee and Jet Li are all I knew the rest are all local talent.
This place is fantastic it runs right along the sea front and looks straight over at HK, so at night you get a great view of the famous illuminated skyline adding the mist into the effect leads to a great Gotham City effect. Once again adventurous with food: TGI Fridays...
Day 3 and I assume this is what Jet lag is, 6 am and wide awake both of us, I head off to get coffee as Siobhain dons the Virgin sleeping mask and ear plugs. I come back and she has had no problems dozing off, so I start to read up on our next destinations, and fall asleep at around 1pm we were supposed to be going to the Peak but due to rain that wasn't an option. We get up at 4.30 and I get an earful for not waking her earlier :D. Oh well if I woke her I was in trouble too. As I forgot to bring any sunglasses with me, not that we need them, and Shiv's new runners are eating the feet off her we make those our goals for the day, that and going to see the rugby. We manage to achieve both and go to Murphys again for the rugby and dinner, worst/most expensive food ever and the result didn't help the mood.
So today is day 4 and our last day once again I awake crazy early AGAIN, take a walk to the sea front and the Peak is on view today so we will be off there in an hour or so once I finish this update.

To be honest I'm dreading my food options for the next month in SE Asia, here is very western as such . Also haven't found a cafe that allows you to upload photos yet so they will be arriving soon
